Brewed a "Pale Ale" with this hop. It is very neutral. Very clean. Gives my ale almost a lager taste.

Recipe was simple. 10 lbs pale 2 row, 1 lbs flaked wheat. .5 oz apollo @ 60, 1 oz Triskel @ 10 1oz triskel @ 0.

This hop would pair well with other not in your face hops, like amarillo, etc.
