1 Brewer Reviews

Mount Rainier is an excellent choice for all stouts, dark beers, or fruit beers. It compliments the spicy notes of Goldings (both domestic and English) exceedingly well, while imparting its own subtle fruitiness. I would love to do a single hop ESB with Mount Rainiers, but unfortunately I can't get them from my LHBS at the moment.
