This is hands down my favorite hop variety. I use it in everything from IPAs to saisons its super versatile and has such great characteristics. I currently have a double IPA going featuring it and Galaxy both of which have very fruit forward character with a nice in your face aroma. I load up on late hop additions for Mosaic and let it do its thing

I love this hop, I use in a single hop double IPA and all my friends say it's their favorite. The flavor and aroma is very complex and hard to describe but wonderful.

A fantastic variety! Has a hearty front and a juicy floral end note. Blends well with other varieties, without loosing its pride.

I have an IPA on tap right now with Citra and Mosaic. It is AMAZING. Great flavor. Aroma is incredible. Peach and Grapefruit.

This is one of my all time favorite hops. I have learned to use them as fresh as I can since even stored in the freezer they lose mojo (backbone) pretty quickly.

"blueberry, tangerine, papaya, rose, blossoms, grass and bubble gum" These descriptors are probably the most spot on I've found in my newest hobby of experimenting with unique hops like this.. My new House Hop.

Citra Mosaic IPA, is becoming homebrewers' favorite IPA. I love Mosaic hops. I have nothing bad to say.

I've been a homebrewer for only a year but I discovered Mosaic when I brewed a simple SMaSH beer with Golden Promise malt and Mosaic pettel hops at a rate of 1 oz. per gallon throughout the boil and dryhopped. As simple as the beer is, it has complexity of aromas and flavors from the nose to the pallet and is one of my favorites. The aroma of the Mosaic is so pleasing, I find myself 'huffing' the glass 2 or 3 times before each sip!! Addicting!!!!

I brew an APA exclusively with this hop, what a stunner, Next up is a dark beer.

Mosaic is an amazing hop. I've brewed two SMaSH styles with it-Vienna/Mosaic Total of 3 oz in the boil( 19 L batch) and one oz "wet hopping" in the primary fermentation stage after one week simplicity can be beautiful
