This is hands down my favorite hop variety. I use it in everything from IPAs to saisons its super versatile and has such great characteristics. I currently have a double IPA going featuring it and Galaxy both of which have very fruit forward character with a nice in your face aroma. I load up on late hop additions for Mosaic and let it do its thing

I love this hop, I use in a single hop double IPA and all my friends say it's their favorite. The flavor and aroma is very complex and hard to describe but wonderful.

A fantastic variety! Has a hearty front and a juicy floral end note. Blends well with other varieties, without loosing its pride.

I have an IPA on tap right now with Citra and Mosaic. It is AMAZING. Great flavor. Aroma is incredible. Peach and Grapefruit.

This is one of my all time favorite hops. I have learned to use them as fresh as I can since even stored in the freezer they lose mojo (backbone) pretty quickly.
