A grat hop !

I used Saaz along with bravo in my most recent brew a rye amber ale i used Saaz at 45 minutes 37 minutes 20 minutes 10 minutes and flameout all .5 oz except .3 at 10 minutes and .2 at flame out with bravo as my bittering at 70 minutes (yes I boiled 70 minutes ) pretty nice beer I came up with the recipe with the help of a lhbs owner back in mobile his son is the head brewed out at sierra Nevada brewing from what I understand but came out a pretty nice floral note but not 2 much
